Table 3 At 30 days post HY-PDT 12 genes COL18A1, CDH5, ITGB3, VEGFC, HGF, TGFA, PDGFA, TEK, EFNA3, EFNB2, NRP2 and TNFAIP2 exhibited higher transcriptional activity at both short and long DLI 30 days PDT with the exception of NRP2 and TEK in cellular mediated long DLI PDT at 30 days.
