From: The centrosome protein NEDD1 as a potential pharmacological target to induce cell cycle arrest
Depletion of NEDD1 prevents DNA replication and leads to cell cycle arrest in G1 or G0 phase in HCT116 p53+/+ and A549 (p53WT) cell lines. HCT116 p53+/+ (A) or A549 (B) cells were treated with control siRNA or siRNA targeting NEDD1 at 50 nM for 48 h, then inbubated with BrdU for 90 minutes. Left: Flow-cytometric analysis of cells labelled with 7-AAD and FITC-conjugated anti-BrdU antibody.
