Levels of GTP-bound activated Ras protein in 9 NSCLC cell lines analyzed by Western blot, using anti-pan-Ras antibody. Note, high levels of activated Ras were observed with A549/ATCC (K-rasG12S) [13], HOP-62 (K-rasG12C) [13], and NCI-H23 (K-rasG12C) [13], followed by NCI-H460 (K-rasQ61H) [13], EKVX and HOP-92. The levels of activated Ras were significantly lower not only with ReoT3D-resistant NCI-H322M and NCI-H226, but also with ReoT3D sensitive cell line, NCI-H522.
