LMP-1 expression leads to decreased SERCA3 expression. Panel A: BJAB-tTA-LMP-1 cells were grown in the presence (lanes 1,3,5,7 and 9) or absence (lanes 2,4,6,8 and 10) of 1 μg/ml tetracycline for 5 days, and SERCA2 (top), SERCA3 (center), as well as LMP-1 expression levels (bottom) were determined by Western blotting.
