(A) PanC-1 cells were counted and equal numbers of cells were seeded in 10 cm tissue culture dishes. Next day, cells were treated with DMSO or ATRA. The following 4 days, cells were counted and plotted for the graph. Dashed line with square represents DMSO treated and straight line with circle represents ATRA treated. P value indicates a significant growth inhibition by ATRA treatment. (B, C) The cells were processed for Western blot analysis after lysis.
