Selective targeting of csMUC16^low OVCAR-3 cells by NK cells. A, Upper panels show the classification of csMUC16^{low, medium, and high} OVCAR-3 cells. This classification was used to determine NK cell conjugation with different subsets of OVCAR-3 cells. The lower panel shows the corresponding bright field image of the cell in the upper panel. B, The upper panel is a 60× view of NK cells (white arrows) forming conjugates with csMUC16^low cells. NK cells surrounding csMUC16^high cells are not touching the tumor cell.
