Three Pharmacologic Inhibitors of NF-κB Differentially Decrease Growth of Thyroid Cancer Cell Lines. BCPAP, SW1736, TPC1, and C643 cells were treated with vehicle (DMSO), (A) CDDO-Me (0.25 M), (B) Bay-11-7082 (1 M), or (C) IKK Inhibitor VII (1 M) for 5 days. Effect of treatment on proliferation and survival was determined by automated viable cell counting. Data is represented as percent viable cells/mL compared to vehicle control (normalized to 100%), which is denoted by the dashed line.
