TM treatment significantly inhibits HNSCC tumor metastasis. OSCC-3-Luc cells were injected in the SCID mice via tail vein. Tumor metastasis to lungs was monitored by in vivo bioluminescence imaging. C; Tumor cells from lungs were harvested and tumor cell colonies were selected by G418 treatment (200 μg/ml) for one week and counted. D; Tumor cell colonies were then trypsinized and total number of cells were counted. *, represents a significant difference (p < 0.05) as compared to the control group.
