TM treatment significantly enhanced oral squamous cell anokis. A; OSCC-3 cells were cultured either in normal adherent conditions (Ad) or non-adherent conditions (Non-Ad) for different time intervals. At the end of incubation, cells were carefully retrieved and analyzed by TUNEL staining for anoikis using flow cytometry. * represents a significant difference (p < 0.05) as compared to the control group. B; OSCC-3 cells were cultured in non-adherent conditions for different time intervals. Whole cell lysates of untreated or TM treated OSCC-3 cells were separated using 4-12% NuPAGE Bis-Tris gels and probed with anti-phospho-p38MAPK, and XIAP antibody. Equal sample loading was verified by stripping the blots and re-probing with anti-tubulin antibody.
