Kaplan-Meier survival analysis of mice receiving ΔGli36 human glioma cells treated with pG8-FasL and pG8-FADD in combination with TMZ. Animals were treated on day 7 post-tumor implantation with 2×105 TU (MOI 1.0) of either pG8-FasL and pG8-FADD or pG8-18 injected i.t. followed by i.p. delivery of TMZ (5 mg/kg bodyweight) after 18 h.
