The 10 transcription factors significantly up-regulated in both paediatric and adult YSTs versus germinomas, including their log2 fold changes and ranks in the lists of differentially expressed mRNAs, are listed. The iMotifs values represent the maximum motif bit scores for each of the four individual transcription factors with predicted binding sites in the 10 kb miR-302 promoter region, together with derived empirical e-values. In iMotifs the optimal bit score is normalised to zero, with all other bit scores having negative values. Accordingly, the closer a score to zero, the greater is the significance of the predicted transcription factor binding site.
