Tumor growth in mice inoculated with the tumor cells mixed with RBP-J+/- and RBP-J-/- SPDCs. (A) The B16, H22, S180 and LLC tumor cells (5 × 106) were mixed with RBP-J+/- and RBP-J-/- SPDCs (1 × 106), and were injected subcutaneously into normal mice. The tumor volume was monitored every 2 days from the 5th day after the inoculation. (B) The tumors were dissected 17 days after the inoculation, and the tumor weight was compared. Bars, means ± SD. *P < 0.05. n = 4 in B16; n = 3 in H22; n = 3 in S180; n = 3 in LLC. (C) Representative tumors were compared between the two groups.
