SOX4 interacts with EZH2 and HDAC3. (A) TE8 cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with SOX4, EZH2, HDAC3 or IgG control antibodies and immunoblots were probed for indicated antibodies. (B) FLO1 cell lysates were pulled-down with SOX4, EZH2, HDAC3 antibody or IgG control and immunoblots were probed for indicated antibodies.
