Expression of Sp1 and c-Myc in CD34+ AML patients and correlations with survivin levels. (A) A total of 56 paired CD34+ and CD34- AML patient samples were collected. For each sample, the expression levels of Sp1 and c-Myc were determined by RT-qPCR and normalized to GAPDH as an internal control. (B) The relative expression of each sample is illustrated. The scatter dot plot shows the relative levels of Sp1 and c-Myc in CD34+ and CD34- cells from AML patients. (C-D) Correlations among survivin, Sp1, and c-Myc mRNA levels in CD34+ AML patients, as determined using RT-qPCR and Spearman’s analysis.
