Effects of AhR/CYP1A1 inhibition on breast CSCs marker ALDH in vitro. a MCF-7 cells were treated for 72 h with TCDD 10 nM and DMBA 5 μM in the presence and absence of AhR/CYP1A1 inhibitor, α-NF 10 μM. Pelleted cells were then incubated with ALDH substrate in the presence and absence of DEAB, ALDH inhibitor.
