PXR over-expression decreases L-OHP levels in tumor cells. The transport and uptake of L-OHP in tumor cells were assessed by mass cytometry. L-OHP content in PXR or PXR + RXRA stably transfected tumor cells was reduced compared with that in empty vector stably transfected tumor cells on average in both HCT116 (a) and LOVO (b) cells.
