Correlation of the lncRNA ABHD11-AS1 expression with the pathogenesis and aggressiveness of ovarian carcinoma and efficiency of lncRNA ABHD11-AS1 transfection in ovarian carcinoma cell lines. lncRNA ABHD11-AS 1 expression was significantly higher in epithelial ovarian carcinoma than in normal ovarian tissues (a). lncRNA ABHD11-AS1 expression was positively associated with the tumor stage according to the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) staging system (stage I/II vs. stage III/IV) (b), and it was lower in the well-differentiated group than in the poorly/moderately differentiated group (well vs. poor /moderate) (c). *P < 0.05. After lncRNA ABHD11-AS1 transfection, the ovarian carcinoma cell lines exhibited significantly higher ABHD11-AS1 expression (d).
