Effect of lncRNA ABHD11 transfection on ovarian carcinoma cell genotype in vitro. The results of the RNA pull-down assay demonstrated that expression of the RhoC protein pulled down by the ABHD11-AS1 probe was higher in the ABHD11-AS1-overexpressing cells than in the normal cells (a). lncRNA ABHD11-AS1 overexpression resulted in an increase in RhoC, p70s6k, MMP2, and BCL-xL expression compared with the mock and control groups (b). After silencing of the lncRNA ABHD11-AS1, RhoC, p70s6k, MMP2, and BCL-xL expression was also found to be decreased. *P < 0.05
