Red shading indicates a cell type where a functional role of a given kinase or its ligand relevant to ICI efficacy has been demonstrated, for example by gene knock-out or pharmacological inhibition. Note that this may not indicate the expression profile per se, but where expression in a particular cell type has been linked to immunosuppression in the TME and the kinase/ligand represents a potential target for combination therapy with ICI.
