Strategies to reduce regulatory cells in cancer patients. Several strategies alone or combining the targeting of different biochemical pathways have been reported to modulate regulatory cells in cancer patients. Some approaches aim to reduce the frequency, function and extent of blocking mobilization, while others focus on enabling phagocytosis, polarization, or potentiating differentiation.
