Strategies for quantitative analysis of TLS. TLS as a predictive marker for cancer detection and immune response can be detected and quantified by H&E staining, mIHC, Laser Capture Microdissection (LCM), spatial transcriptomics, and flow cytometry. The application of nanomaterials and artificial intelligence (AI) has led to advances in non-invasive imaging with nanoprobe-based CT and/or imaging. Imaging information can be further analyzed by AI algorithms to improve the efficiency and specificity of TLS detection
