TQ induces the phosphorylation of a multitude of proteins. Whole cell lysates of HCT116wt cells treated with 40 μM TQ were probed on PepChip Kinomics v2 peptide array. A. Consensus sequence logo obtained, via WebLogo version 3.3, of the identified protein phosphorylation motifs by Pepscan. In the left panel, the phosphorylated amino acid is placed on the position 0 of the x-axis and the frequency of the neighboring amino acids is represented on the y-axis.
